La semana pasada llegó una carta a la Comisión de Paz del Senado de la República. Y no cualquier carta. Esta misiva venía aparentemente suscrita por alias El paisa y alias Iván Márquez.
No creo realmente que sea redactada por ellos. Seguramente cualquiera de sus aliados profesores universitarios la escribió, cumpliendo órdenes de quienes aún continúan con la jerarquía de mando de una organización qué pasó a ser como la Hidra de Lerna.
Alegan, como inconformes ciudadanos, el incumplimiento por parte del gobierno con expresiones como “perfidia, trampa y conejo». En términos coloquiales, todos los colombianos les salimos a deber.
Pero siempre ha sido y será así. Desde los inicios del proceso de negociación, quienes hemos seguido la historia de los grupos de impronta comunista, sabíamos que jamás iban a estar satisfechos. Y es obvio: Su esencia es la guerra; su ilusión la sociedad colectivista y su inspiración el conflicto a través de la lucha de clases, con el odio como carburante. Y a todo esto lo llaman “anhelo de paz”.
En la misiva, señalan que la JEP de hoy es distinta a la acordada en la Habana y aducen que es por culpa del Fiscal General y de los «enemigos de la concordia». Claro, todos los tribunales diseñados por dictaduras totalitarias no operan bajo preceptos de imparcialidad como principio, sino ideológicos, desfigurando la esencia de la justicia.
Pero desde su nacimiento, este remedo de tribunal demostró las falencias que advertimos desde que participamos en la campaña del NO en el plebiscito.
No puede haber tribunales a la medida de las Farc, que midan con el mismo rasero a los miembros de la fuerza pública que cumplieron con un deber constitucional. Escogieron como quisieron a sus miembros, se enfrascaron en disputas presupuestales indignantes como piratas al botín y se convirtieron en una cueva burocrática derrochona sin ningún viso de estatura jurídica y moral para asumir el reto de ser un tribunal para la paz.
Aún se desconoce el paradero de los viajeros que suscriben la carta; la JEP no los ha requerido siquiera y es vox populi que no regresarán, porque temen correr la misma suerte de Santrich. Y no volverán, creo yo.
Se especula que están en Caquetá, en el Vichada, en Venezuela, en Cuba. Yo diría que de pronto en Noruega, por la complicidad propia de los escandinavos que juegan a enseñar paz mientras reparten nóbeles según su interés.
Al fin y al cabo, las Farc se quedaron sin su mito revolucionario que con tanto esfuerzo dibujaron con Tirofijo y Bandidos Inc.; ya son lo que siempre fueron: Narcotraficantes con disfraz revolucionario. Pero impunes y con curules, jugando a una doble vida mientras afincan sus ejércitos territoriales, de la mano de los inmensos cultivos de coca que les dejo la paz de Santos.
Por ahora, se requiere discernimiento y firmeza para enfrentar estos retos, que son un desafío para la supervivencia misma de las instituciones. Pues como dice el refrán popular, lo que mal empieza, mal acaba.
